英語中的萬為什麼沒有

因為英語沒有固定的十進位制單位，所以英語中沒有萬的直接譯法。

比如30000，我們說“三萬”，而英語中則讀作“thirty thousand"，同樣的，比如說20萬，英語中則讀作”two hundred thousand"。

在英語中一：one、十：ten、百：hundred、千：thousand、萬：ten thousand、百萬：million、千萬：ten million、億：hundred million、千億：billion、百億：ten billion。
